No non-C418 Music in the overworld

most packs that make only c418 songs play either remove EVERYTHING including new nether stuff and discs, or replace them with other c418 songs that never made it into the game. which still does not target the core issue and that being new songs have overtaken playtime because microsoft hates the fact C418 did not give up on the rights to his music.

this resource pack will replace all non C418 overworld and main menu music with a less than 1 second long silent ogg file,that way forcing it to quickly shuffle back to C418 songs,and unlike other packs this one does not do the same for nether music,nether tracks remain intact with this one as i think they suit nether perfectly,i just dont like their attempts on overworld music as i think only C418 masterpieces should play there.
