Changes/Fixes:

• fixed pillager, vindicator, evoker, witch swim animation
• fixed spear animations for piglin, zombified piglin, zombie villager, husk
• improved zombie spear animations
• fixed formatting for Optifine for cow, pig, chicken, happy ghast, horses
• re-added tweaked horse armour textures
• tweaked pre-1.21.5 cow and mooshroom models to be more faithful to that version
• changed sheep mouth texture position to avoid incompatibility
• tweaked zombie villager arm anims to match zombie
• fixed shoulder parrots
• fixed happy ghast harness
