Reverts the netherrack texture to look more like the pre -1.14 texture, while still being pleasing and easy to look at.

Originally made this as an personal resource pack, although i've decided to release it.

Edit the textures for PERSONAL use,

Upload MAJOR reskins of the textures WITH credit,

Use these textures in animations with credit.

You can't:

re-upload the resource pack without permission and without credit,

Use the textures in an resource pack without credit,

Claim these textures to be your own,

Not give credit when using these textures in anything BUT an modpack.
