Velocity downport to 1.21.1!
On a side note, don't expect this version to recieve long time support for a couple reasons like this version using outdated mods.
The version for 1.21.4 has sadly had some issues involving crashes when joining servers with high res texture packs. This should hopefully be fixed next week as that's when I can dedicate some time seeing what's potentially wrong.
