v3.9.24 - Calm before the Storm - Part II
This update will be a little smaller as next week will be the create update!! You know what this means!! Computercraft will leave with next update The mod isn't maintained on Curseforge and there are a couple of exploits with it that are potentially very detrimental, main reason is the incompatibility with Create though. This took actual Witchcraft to get to work in the first place. Be sure to see more Create content in the future, most likely mixed in with other updates.
Changes
- Possibly fixed Travelers backpacks causing a ton of FPS drops when a Ender Lead is inserted into them
- Fixed Sortilege config breaking Xp gains and removed free anvil enchanting
- Removed Storyteller curse because it wasn't supposed to exist, oops
- Made Experience pouches uncraftable, don't worry, you can still use them
- Removed Bore lens properly
- Fixed all of the Limestone Recipes
- Guns should now have reforges as they initially should have had
- Adjusted the quest for Limestone etc in the reforging tab for these temporary changes
- Boss bar should be fancy again
- Removed a bunch of useless MC Dungeons weapons that noone used as they looked ugly or were just misleading
- Fixed a exploit where the Enchanted basin would be able to be used to dupe XP (thank you clybb)

v3.9.23 - Performance & Changes
This update adds a few smaller optimization tweaks as well as some new structures, incase you got bored. This Update also nerfs the matter cannon because it behaved a slight bit different to how we expected and fixes some smaller things in quests. The modpack should run easier on less ram and uses less resources when afking etc.
Warning! Computercraft will leave Prominence in the next 3 weeks! Next week will disable all recipes. Save all your Programs before its too late!
New Structures! Many new Structures have been added, new villages, new ships and much more! Of course these structures only spawn in new chunks. Many of these structures also use mods like Create and Supplementaries, perfect to roach in!
12 New villages! Dozens of new structures in the Overworld, End and Nether! These structures, especially the Villages also use modded blocks and have a ton of refreshing and lively features - perfect for any Dungeon Roach!

- YOUR OPTIONS WILL BE RESET!
- Big performance increase - went from 600 fps to 1000 fps with no shaders O.o crazy jump!
- Fabric is now 0.18.4
- Matter Cannon has been nerfed severely as it didnt work as expected, oops
- Added Quick mode switching for Building Wands: hold V to open a mode selector grid, tap V to cycle through modes
- There is now an Axe mode for the Building Wand
- Small tweaks to the minimap have been done, you shouldnt see much of a difference!
- When killed, the Mob that got the kill credit no longer glows
- Removed some Enchants that weren't obtainable from EMI
- Testing if Botania will now be rendered when using shaders, especially Gaia
- Removed some obsolete configs from mods no longer in the pack or that have newer config paths

- Mythic Rotation got a couple new challengers, Obsidilith and Gauntlet are on vacation now!
- The Explorers Compass can now track other structures of the same kind once youve visited one

- Removed the Venus Bullet Quest as it didn't work properly sometimes

Prominence II: Hasturian Era v3.9.21
v3.9.21 - More guns? Yeah we couldn't believe it either, but the Matter cannon and the Potato Cannon can now actually deal damage, shocker, isnt it? I mean just when you think it couldn't get any more ridiculous you can now beat the game with a cannon that can shoot potatoes. Reminds me of a game, something about portals... Some bosses just havent had the challenge they should have had.
Conjunctivius has been underpowered for a long while, even after his small typo, this update makes some bosses slightly harder to kill, whilst making most of Mariums Bosses undead and giving them higher XP loot.
Changes:
- Fabric is now 0.18.3 on servers (Caused issues when installing the server manually)
- Potato Cannon: This little thing not only costs Potatoes to shoot but also your sanity as it is a Tech weapon - meaning it requires some Create know how to be crafted
- Matter cannon: Cheap ammo, Cheap Damage, good staple. Gold nuggets deal the most Damage.
- Guns can now get Power and have reforges similar to Bows and Crossbows
- Buffed Mythic Mount hp by x5
- Buffed Conjunctivius hp from a health ,ultiplier of 3.5 to 6
- Increased Conjunctivius Dmg by 10
- Buffed Fallen Icon Hp from 550 to 650(ignoring lvl multipliers)
- Chaos monarch is tankier
- Fallen Icon now counts as Undead
- Made all bosses Weakness resistant for any cheesing
- Increased withered Demon Spawn weight
- The Lich no longer heals when idle, so being killed by him should no longer mean he is back to full
- Servers no longer experience nighttime forever if a Lich isnt killed
- Increased XP Gain from most Mariums bosses (e.g. Decaying King, Fallen Icon etc.) by a lot
- Glaive of hodir can now stack an additional 3 stacks and gains 0.02 more haste per level
- Kirkhammer Silver sword transformation, Master Sword, Ludwigs holy greatsword deal an extra 8 dmg to undead mobs now instead of 2
- Slightly increased the Execute threshhold of Mehrunes razor from 70 to 80
- Mjolnir smash now deals 20 instead of 8 Damage
- Changed the starting Archery node to give + 1 Ranged power so it works with Guns, Tooltip now explains that this is also the path for gun users
- Banners can no longer be healed and have been nerfed to not give too much haste anymore
- Mutant Skeleton Armor has been adjusted to be more Haste focused, meaning that it is equal to Archer and is purely preference
- Backtracked the Rogue changes for now
- Removed the AdventureZ Nightmare from the spawn pool, increased the Mythic mounts version's Spawnrate to compensate
- Slightly increased the Spawn rate of Firebirds

Prominence II Hasturian Era
v3.9.20 Guns and Demons
A new subclass just dropped! Guns are now an early to mid game alternative to Bows and crossbows. These Guns scale with ranged damage, but need a ton of ammo! Here is the first four horsemen!
- Gatling gun: 20 second spin time, decent dps but it will slow you down and is a bit inaccurate
- Hunter Cannon: Big boom! This weapon has the highest single target Damage out of them all, with a large cooldown!
- Hunter Blunderbuss: A general jack of all trades, shoots 3 projectiles each doing decent damage and having the highest Velocity out of them all, not the most accurate
- Hunter Pistol: The Blunderbuss' smaller brother is great for anyone who likes to shoot fast and having something to do whilst the other guys are reloading
All of these work with Infinity, so dont worry about Ammo later on! Why would i care about these, im a Warrior!!? These guns aren't only for Ranged Classes! Guns come with unique enchants that can compliment other playstyles!
- Tether Pulls an opponent(or friend if you fell silly) closer to you, just not all the way
- Chain Lightning gives the guns a smaller AOE effect that can take care of large masses.
Do note that their recipes have been adjusted, they are harder and require a Lord soul to craft.
Changes
- Tweaked Ritual of Insanity as it was broken and confused players, sometimes sticking around for longer than it should, it will now give misfortune
- Hotfixed & Lowered all Bewitchment seeds dropping from grass and such
- Extremely lowered the amount of Dragons Blood Saplings can spawn in the Nether Fortress chests
- Higher chance of Baphomet dropping more loot if Looting is used
- Optimized Hellhounds' drop to drop more loot when killed with looting
- Upped Snakes drop more loot when killed with Looting
- Reworked Vampires' drops. They drop more Blood bottles when killed with looting and in general
- Ironed out Ghosts drops to drop less Ectoplasm
- Significantly increased Demons' drops. Dropping more Demon horns and Demon hearts (Demons don't adhere to human anatomy!)
- Now Snakes from Naturalist are added in the Pool of snakes that can drop Snake tongues, keep in mind Rattlesnakes and coal snakes do not do this yet!
- Obviously, we didn't forget about cosmetics! You can now Transmog your Icarus Wings and your Travelers Backpacks!
- Thankfully you no longer unequip Trinkets when you scroll over them!
- Yep. Disabled the Mutant Skeleton Skull's Ability. It was crazy op lol
- Expanded Crossbows compatibility with Mutant Skeleton Armor.
- The guns may be worse than Orion as of now, but will be improved in the future.

Prominence II: Hasturian Era v3.9.17
3.9.17 - Gadgets, Cheese and Mythics! This update Overhauls the Gadgets Questline, Adds a New Questline. Weekly Reminder that Industrial Revolution will slowly be phased out - Same thing will also happen to Computercraft as the Dev does not Maintain Curseforge and due to the lack of Updates (Plus the 1:1 Modrinth and Curseforge compatibility), it would be impossible to Update Create to 6.0.

- Adds Info quests for all Items crafted with Cinderstone Trophies, also explains what they do and when to craft them.

Use them as long as you can, before the mod is removed, many blocks will be swapped with their Tech Reborn or Modern industrialization counterparts. This update makes Industrial Revolution cables un-craftable, Autocrafting recipes may not like this change.

v3.9.12 - Spell Schools Expanded!
Added Spell power to a ton of weapons, added class specific spells to a few select groups (Greataxes, scythes) Progression should now be more smooth and weapons should now indicate better what class they are made for.
You may be asking yourself: Why can't X Weapon Cast Spells? Because of technical limitations, we cannot get them to cast without making it buggy or weird for players to use, however there are plans to fix this by v4.0.
Warning: Any items from Immersive Armors will be deleted.
Changes
- Added Greataxes to weapons that get Death Strike
- Added Scythes to weapons that get Festering Strike
- Some select Soulslike Weapons can now use Smite
- Spell Enchants now go on Magister, Gleaming and Archer Armor
- Spell Infinity now goes on more Weapons.
- Many Simplyswords have gotten Spell Power, to compensate their scaling was lowered
- Heros armor can now take 8 Enchants instead of 6
- All Spellblades (Glacial Gladius, Flaming Falchion and Arcane Cutlass, Fire, Frost and Arcane Claymores) can now take 8 Enchants instead of 6
- Skill Tree has become more clear and should now properly display all values the nodes give
- Also shows the hidden nerfs and buffs each node gives properly - no, Elemental Archers havent been nerfed
- Omnivamp has been replaced with Life steal as it previously didnt work
- Removed Industrial Revolution's Cables from the Questbook - this is the first step to removing them, dont worry, this process will be finished once 4.0 drops!
- Anti-softlocking Quest for the Ominous Eyes is now repeatable
- Changed the 2nd Molten Edge Quest to imply which mob you need to kill because people can't figure out basic implications, good job
- Changed the Quest Layout for one of the Music Disc Collection, cleaned up Beachparty related Quests
- Added Two clickable Icons in the Hasturian Era Questline that lead to the Blog Post and the first Trailer - These are not Quests!
- The War on Butterflies has ended! They should now be fully gone - hopefully...
- Changed the Wood type in a End Quest being the wrong type
- Fixed End Questline's Wood Requirements not accepting all wood types from that type of Wood

v3.9.11 - To the Stars! & Jolly Gifts!
This update's biggest focus is the rework of the Ad Astra Questline - This Change has been overdue ever since it has been updated to its latest version, atlohugh the update has less of an impact to a large majority of players, there's still something else: Christmas Gifts! A new questline has been added, which will be exclusively available for two updates (Only this year!! It's not repetable like the halloween one). It contains a bunch of gifts! Although Santa will not give them for free, you'll have to meet certain requirements before claiming them, such as killing some bosses! (Spoiler: ||Santa is S'kellak||)

Prominence II: Hasturian Era
v3.9.10hf - Nether Ending Jollyness! Nether Update with a bunch of new and useful Crafting Recipes!
This update Reworks the Nether Questline, you can now also recycle armor. A lot of fixes and QoL changes were added too.
Also feel the jolly in prommy! A new Holiday decorations mod, Macaw's Holidays, has been added. These decorative blocks will not be craftable once the holiday season ends, they will become craftable again closer to holidays next year! So make sure to play now if you don't wanna miss it!

- Fixed recipe changes not being applied due to an older version of the datapack loading instead of the new one.

This update Reworks the Nether Questline, you can now also recycle armor. A lot of fixes and QoL changes were added too.

Complete End Quest overhaul, QoL Changes to get to the End easier and all Bosses found in the Main campaign are now entirely renewable!
First things first: The next update will not be 4.0, it will be 3.9.10. Although I am cooking something, keep your eyes out on the announcements channel.

This Update fixes the rarities of the Enchants. Protection, Sunfire and Sharpness as well as many other can now be acquired easier if you max out your Enchanting Table. The Enchanting bloat has been reduced and Enigma Resonator has been reintroduced. Added Excavators
But not just that! It also introduces the addition of the highly requested Essential Mod, which adds cosmetics, a friend system, screnshot sharing, world sharing and more! Buying Essential cosmetics will directly support the project as we get an affiliate from it!

Simply More Stuff!
This small update focuses on unique items from Simply Swords. It fixes the chances of unique weapon drops, overhauls the questline (Ty alm!) and now many of the campaign bosses can drop unique weapons.
Enjoy the new questline filled with references, easter eggs, and of course lots of rewards! Even smaller quests to get specific weapons like the Molten Edge (Yes! Fyr'alath will be easier to make)

Prominence II: Hasturian Era v3.9.6
Goodbye Seasons! And Sir Scar Crow is not gone!
This small but important update has a few important changes, the biggest one being the removal of seasons. Honestly, it's something that most players do not like, it messes up with builds, creates issues with the ice & snowing, and has plenty of performance issues in servers.
Another important feature is that AE2 has gotten quite a few changes! Firstly, it now features a Create-esque design (Toggleable via Resourcepack), and its recipes have been changed to better fit this style. Of course do not worry, old recipes are still craftable meaning your autocrafting will still work. Oh and quivers are craftable now!
On a final note, Sir Scar Crow will now be available as a mythic boss for the entirety of November, although the main questline for the seasonal event already ended and the normal version cannot be summoned no more.

Sir Scar Crow - Halloween Event!
Happy Halloween! This update introduces a new halloween event, and boss, called Sir Scar Crow, with its own mythic version, playable until November 12th (Nov 14th for the mythic version). Not just a boss - also find a new unique weapon, the Scarred Night, and a new transmog appearance, the Pumpmourne, Blade of the Haunted Pumpkin. Both obtainable as a chance from the mythic version of Sir Scar Crow.
To summon the normal version of Sir Scar Crow, follow the questline "Spookiness in the air", which will be automatically unlocked once you join your world.
Ok sorry it's not just that, Unholy Death Knights also got a terrifying buff, fits the theme, doesn't it?
Important Changes
- Seasonal Events. This is the start of a new trend in Prominence II, seasonal events. This updates adds the "Scarred Night" Halloween event, playable only through October 20th to November 12th, featuring a boss (+ mythic variant) and a small questline to get to the boss.
- Unholy Death Knight Buff. A full buff for Unholy Death Knights! They were one of the worst classes previously and unperformed by a lot compared to Frost, so this buff aims to make it more viable in the late game.
- Small Holy Builds Buff. Many weapons now give holy power and have the Smite spell by default, making paladin's gear options broader.

- Added new boss; Sir Scar Crow, with a mythic variant, exclusive to the halloween event.
- Added new unique weapon exclusive to the halloween event; Scarred Night. Obtianable through the killing of mythic Sir Scar Crow, with a 40% chance.

- Changed Crash Assistant's links to gnomebot.ai instead of mclogs.

Balancing Changes
- Holy Moly! Holy Builds have been buffed and made more streamlined!
- Fixed Ruby weapons from Paladins not having Smite
- All Paladins weapons now give Holy Power
- All Simply Sword Claymores and Greathammers give holy power
- Some Minecraft Dungeons Weapons(all Hammers, Maces and Claymores) and the kirkhammer from Mariums Soulslike weaponry give Holy Power
- Smite is now on the weapons mentioned above if it wasn't there already
- Unholy Moly! Unholy Death Knights have been the worst of the bunch, not offering much at all compared to their two brothers. To make Unholy more fun it has also been buffed!
- Heavily increased physical and spell Coefficient on all Spells.
- Lowered cooldown for all spells

- Increased the Plague stack count from 6 to 8

v3.9.3 - Overhauled Tiers, More Reforging, MYTHIC LOOT!?
As the name suggests, this update introduces changes to tiers! From overhauled tiers (especially shields) to allowing the reforging of non-reforgeable items, to mythic items spawning on loot and crafting!
Changes
- Very big changes to Item Tiers:
- Mythic gear can now be crafted and found in loot
- Shield tiers were reworked to match armor values, to have them as a "5th armor piece"
- Removed offhand from valid equipment slots for bows to prevent dual wielding exploiting for unnatural ranged stat buffs
- Made various previously non-reforgeble items now reforgeble
- Changed many of the stats given by tiers, you can see them on this spreadsheet
- Feral claws have been removed (finally) from loot.
- Fixed crash where villagers opening doors could have a chance of crashing the game.
