uploading this from my phone. Kept forgetting to upload this update.
Updates it for support with 1.19.3 and hopefully beyond. Absolutely not compatible with any earlier version, and earlier versions aren't compatible with 1.19.3.

When forge? Time is subjective Forge update will come eventually.
Note (6/15/2022): Works on 1.15+. If it complains about being on the wrong version or something, just ignore it if possible. If it causes any issues, report on github and I'll fix it.
