This mod adds A rowing boat to minecraft

The type of rowing boat this adds is called a single
It is made with all custom recipies made from vanilla ingridients so is easily intergrated into your instance
Probably works well with "Realistic Rowing"
Bugs
Is super fast on land because it is a normal entity
The spawn thing is called "Rowing Boat spawn egg" and not just "Rowing Boat"
