Fixed Hoopa Pyramid spawning in the void without its underground part.

Changed how the Shiny Hoopa Unbound Boss at the Hoopa Pyramid spawns to make it smoother and so it works for people using the mob filter mod or other similar mods.

Fixed problem with footprint progress not saving properly in servers.

Improved structure generation for Hoopa Pyramid, Dyna Tree, Registeel Temple, Regice Temple and Regirock Temple to mitigate the "cutting" effect they had when they were generated.
