Fixed huge strutcure blocks incompatibility Rolled back overlapping structure changes fixing many issues

By default, structures will no longer be allowed to overlap with each other. This actually makes all structures slightly rarer, because it prevents structures from spawning when it tries to overlap. This applies globally to all structures Fixed an issue with broken taiga biome tag Added a whole ton of documentation located at https://github.com/craisinlord/integrated-api.github.io Integrated API is now properly marked as incompatible with overlapless structures and huge structure blocks, it implements both these features differently so you shouldn't need these mods anyways Fixed broken fabric 1.21 version

Added new tags for configuration, all located in data/integrated_api/tags/worldgen/

structure/disabled_structures.json: Tagged structures do not generate, /locate structure is blocked for those structures. structure/unskippable_structures.json: Overlap prevention will not skip these structures. structure/larger_locate_search.json /locate structure uses a larger search radius for these structures. Geodes are prevented from generating inside these structure starts. feature/skippable_features.json: Tagged features are skipped when they overlap recorded structure Y-ranges.
