Easier Netherite
Easier Netherite reworks Netherite progression a bit to make obtaining Netherite less tedious while keeping it balanced and rewarding.
Ancient Debris drops Netherite Scraps
Ancient Debris no longer drops itself when mined normally. Instead, it drops Netherite Scraps directly - unless a Silk Touch pickaxe is used.
Fortune works on Ancient Debris
Fortune can now increase the amount of Netherite Scraps dropped from Ancient Debris, giving you a reason to enchant your pickaxe before mining it.
New Netherite progression
Netherite Ingots can no longer be crafted using the vanilla recipe. Instead, you'll need to:
- Mine Ancient Debris to obtain Netherite Scraps
- Craft 4 Netherite Scraps into Raw Netherite
- Smelt Raw Netherite into a Netherite Ingot
Supported versions
This mod is available for Fabric, Forge and Neoforge - 1.20.1, 1.21.1 and 26.1.2
Will be updated to new stable releases of course!
Future updates will introduce additional ways of obtaining Netherite-related materials, including piglin bartering or villager trades!
