NOTE: Due to differences between versions, this backport may not work for all versions between 1.16 and 1.20.3. Please report the issue in GitHub Issues if you encounter this problem.
New features:
- Replaces temporary directory instead of copying to it
- Switching data packs while loaded into world
- Basic implementation for dedicated server
Breaking changes:
- 'datapacks' and 'installed_datapacks' may no longer be used simultaneously
- Fabric Loader must now be at least 0.15.0
