- Added flatpack fix so LODs download now works on more Linux distributions

Fixed files not being able to be overwritten if they already exist. Made message for installation process emphasize being patient. Added command to reset config.
Updated unzipping method to account for newer versions Distant Horizons folder structures.
Changed status message after reaching 100% to indicate the LODs are installing.
This is not needed unless used for the ArdaCraft modpack!
