Additions:

• Introduced config presets. Currently the only presets are Default (base options) and Deserted (95% deserts), but more will come later.
• Added several config options around the temperature, vegetation and island noises.

Fixes:

• Fixed an important issue where Ultrasmooth had Increased Height built in. If you had Ultrasmooth on in 3.0.6, Increased Height will be automatically enabled upon updating to prevent world corruption.
