MC VHS version 0.4

Fixed strange colours when looking at light objects, and while using the torch.
Switched to tonemapping before "compressing", to reduce artefacts in bright areas.
Added "Deep Fried" mode as a preset (WARNING, not recommended to use EVER, the visuals may cause headaches).
