Update v9.1:

(the largest one so far, especially regarding file size)

v9+: Respackopts (mod) is recommended to access the new styles!

Removed "Subtle" style as it was too subtle to be noticeable and it was primarily for testing the style system
Respackopts should now be automatically installed if this pack is downloaded through any popular launcher
Added 4 new styles, each supporting 100% of characters
New Styles: Gray, Rose, Nature, Opal
