- fixed villager nose z-flighting with some custom textures

- fixed armour not animating for baby mobs: zombie, husk, drowned, zombie villager, piglin, zombified piglin
- added models and textures for pre-1.21.5 pig, cow, and mooshrooms
- fixes mod and resource pack compatibility issues
