Enchantment Glows v1.3 [1.20]

Improved the bow model and added a subtle flash when fully charged.
Improved the crossbow model and added a subtle flash when loaded with an arrow or firework.
Improved the Mace model when enchanted.
Modified the textures of all arrows to match the style of the Bow and Crossbow models.
