ChatPlugin

This version includes support for Minecraft 1.21.1, adds a lot of options to make the transition from other chat plugins to ChatPlugin way easier but, above all, fixes a lot of important bugs.

It is recommended to delete the messages' files and let ChatPlugin generate new ones with the new additions.
