Added a new automatic changelog system for releases!

• Support for both Create 6.0.6, and 6.0.7+
• Fixed many issues with Create trains on ships
• Fixed create fans not processing depots in the world
• Added "working mode" to deployers. You can now select between "place on ship" and "place in world"
• Add hose pulley compat, they can now pull from world-space fluids while on ships
• Fixed players being pushed extra in flowing water
• Fixed/polished up the redstone contact compat with ships + elevator contacts being broken
• Fixed mechanical crafters not being mergeable on ships
• Fixed fences having an incorrect hitbox
• Fixed blaze burners not looking at players on ships
• Fixed players looking the wrong way when dismounting from seats on ships
• Fixed enchanting table not rotating book towards player on ships
• Fixed interacting with factory gauges on ships
