Misc Bug Fixes

• Fixed client mixins as they were not being applied at all.

• Seperated states out to locked and place_type. May affect existing altars from loading older worlds.
• Items now no longer remain glitched on top of an locked altar when switches from unlocked to locked.
• Added a new state SATCHEL to place_type state for converting altars from crying obsidian and upcoming satchel.
