- improved mouse interactions with chat suggestion windows
- fixed edit box not checking for mouse hover, thus eating all scroll events in some modded screens
- chat scrolling is now sub-gui-pixel
- known minor issue: the uppermost line will sometimes de-render too early - this is caused by a mojang issue
- fixed chat masking not present with fabric 0.19.0+
- more subtle improvements and changes to chat
